New Pot Still, How am I doing?

I'm doing a cleaning run on my Pot Still and this is my numbers.

16 Gallon Keg
1/2 Gooseneck with a 36 inch Lieblong
Gas Turkey Burner

Around 15 Gallons Total Volume
Approx 1 1/2 Gallon Vinegar
Approx 13 1/2 water

It took around 1 hour and 20 minutes till beginning output

Seems to want to run around 4 ounces per minute

Also there is a little steam around the keg fitting.
My gasket is a Tri Clover to keg Gasket from Mile High.

I wanted to use this head for stripping runs and as a whiskey and rum head.

How am I doing?
Any Ideas?
