made my 1st run yesterday (made 2 gallons ) :esurprised: everything worked great :D thanks to you guys . got 2 quarts of shine soaking 1with fresh apples the other with pears ,with a little sugar and half a cinnamon stick . Let you know how it turns out :mrgreen: . Also made a gallon of apple pie (for the lady's of course)

I got ten gallons waiting on my new unit and I'm out of booze.

Good luck ! 2nd batch of mash should be ready fri !! dam i feel a hangover coming sat.. :mrgreen:

Congrats....something about a homegrown buzz that doen't involve aerosol cans..... :esurprised:

All I've made so far(4 runs) with sugar washes have been done just like yours....makes it awful palatable for us whiskey wimps.

Got 3 qrts of Apple Pie shine I'm counting the days off.....LOL..kid says " Hey, I had some of that at Daytona in July".

Rumors are true!

By the way....I haven't woke up with a hangover yet 8)
