made my 1st run yesterday (made 2 gallons ) everything worked great thanks to you guys . got 2 quarts of shine soaking 1with fresh apples the other with pears ,with a little sugar and half a cinnamon stick . Let you know how it turns out . Also made a gallon of apple pie (for the lady's of course)
