Looking at this to pump from my fermenters into my boiler.

40-45kg lift can't be good for ya long term

Any suggestions?
Says in another description elsewhere these pumps are good for handling solids like waste pumps on boat holding tanks...
So any grains or fruit pieces should be right.

Be nice to get somthing electric. We had a sewrage pump on the wharf at work that never worked all the chunks claged it up. Ended up replacing it with a diaphram pump lectric version of the whale gusher type, works like a charm all sorts of chunky shit (literally) pretty slow though.

I have a pump from March Mnf.Co. , it works great to move hot water and wort around...........I've did probably 25 ten gallon batches of beer with it. I think I paid 130.00 for it.
