Mentor advice-cloudly distillate

I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer for. Then my distillate gets down to around 40% i notice a small ammount of cloudly film floating on top of the product. Any ideas what this could be? The wash as UJSM but I have also seen it in my cooked mashes as well. The stuff is small, maybe a quarter inch floating in a quart jar. Thanks for the help.
