Hi. Been lurking on this site for quite some time now. I am here to get some advice and to give it, too, from my limited knowledge. I currently have a boring ol' pot still in which I make absinthe and rye whiskey, and a LM column for making neutrals. I use 15.5 gal kegs for fermenters, and for the base of my stills. I am currently looking to increase production.
I live in the deep south United States, and work at a legal distillery (as a bottler, so it doesn't mean I have any special insight).
Love this forum, y'all. Keep up the good work.
