Hey all, this is my first time posting on here.
I am rather experienced in making brandy wine and distilling, but as you could imagine I am looking for a "quicker" route. I have started reading the parent site and feel a little overwhelmed with all the different mash/washes.
Here is what I have already:
2 bags cracked corn
plenty of sugar
hydrometer and alchometer
What do I need to purchase and in what amounts. What is the correct process or order? Should I make my own malt or purchase something from grocery store?
Thanks in advance on helping me get started on my new adventure. I think as I get more oriented things will make sense
