My still... curious about opinions

Looking for opinions on my rig... pics will probably come tomorrow. I have a 15 gal keg, triclamp connection... 2" column 4 " tall... (roughly) 1" crossover and down to 7.5 gal thumper... the pipe goes through no connections, just through the hole in the keg i made... a bit of a pain to thread sometimes... I have a 1/2" condenser coming out into a 5 gal bucket that is fed by a small pump from a ice chest... i do have a thermometer but after running her a couple times i see why I was told it was a waste. My connections are sealed by canned biscuits... easier than paste.. cleaner too. She seems to run slow, but I am sure it is my burner since my turkeys burn slow too.... in case you have not guessed, I am really new at this, but reading a lot and eager for input
