need book on making brandy

Post by gordon koncal »

Anyone know of a book, pamphlet or other printed information that I can use as a guide to make brandy from peach, plum and grape wine. Gordon

all you do is make "simpol" wine (more fruit better) run threw a pot still , (most, I like to run once as it has more flavor)

You want "Artisan Distilling" by Kris Berglund. It is available on-line for free and will keep you reading for a week.
It's all good. :eugeek:

I have a wild yeast culture that will go to 8% at 50f, so yes some of the info is wrong. I don't think I have found many publications that where 100% I mean look at the parent site.
