getting ready to run a spirit run (LM),noted on last run add 6l of low wines from pot still @80% added water to 40% now almost 12l ,but when added more water (4l) only dropped to 35% last run when well @40% and got a nice spirit @ 95%,is more water better or keep it right @40% or more water clean the wash better?
