hey is there any other way to test the strength of alcohol besides an alcometer?

i plan to run through 5lt of cheap wine in my pot still but i don't have an alcometer to test the final product.....
Ummm, I have no idea what I'm doin.....

You can relay on your sense but some practice is required. For the first pot stil run alcometer is reccomended. At least collect product to several small yars. Next mix only tolerably smell and taste.
