Cinnamon Schnapps or Liqueur
I have searched this site for a recipe for Cinnamon Schnapps or maybe more properly Cinnamon Liqueur. My wife loves this stuff. I was thinking of using either the extract or sticks of cinnamon along with added sugar. I typically make 750ml or 1L bottles. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this subject? Thanks in advance... WD
