Gents,

Appreciate the tried and true practices and mtls. safety focus.

I've long had access to DuPont's products for seals etc and woudl ask you to have a read for yourself at this link.
Specifically Kalrez and Viton would suit our needs.

Seal between lids and stockpots etc. it's not cheap...nor is it readily available, but over the life of a boiler i see it as a small investment.
