5 gals plums working, wanting plum brandy
I'm 3 days into a plum wash. About 30 pounds of small purple plums, 5 pounds sugar, and 3 packets of Red Star Champagne yeast. Looks like it's really going great. My 'still' is a one gallon electric water distiller. I will appreciate any tips on how to finish this. Thanks!
