Bob Lennon's World Class Distillation Apparatus?

Hi Everybody,
I am new and starting to think about actually distilling instead of just reading this site. I have kind of settled on the Bob Lennon Internal Reflux model: moonshinestill.com because the plans are very clear and it seems simple enough that even I might be able to construct it.

Does this model actually operate as a reflux still? Do those two cooling tubes passing through the column work good enough to reflux, or is this really more of a pot still?

Does anyone know the rate that this still can turn out (nearly) pure neutral spirit?

Could I use this model as a pot still to make whiskeys and flavored drinks if I turned down the water and cranked up the heat?

Any feedback or recommendations from this knowledgeable community would be greatly appreciated.
