This might be a little old, but I enjoyed it anyway. Video of an old time moonshiner gone legit. Making white lightning, whiskey, and bbq sauce. Although he calls it moonshine, being he is a legal operation, I don't think it really is technically 'shine' anymore, but regardless, he's a character and you get to see what I imagine a large volume shine operation would look like. I wish him all the best.
