Is it possible to distill on the grain with out getting bad flavours?
I run a 50L keg potstill with a gas burner.
If it is possible it would simplify the entire process from mashing to stilling.
I am planning to strip a couple of sugar washes untill I have 20L or so saved up, Then dilute it with an all grain wash into the boiler for the spirit run and hopefully get the flavour from the grain and most the alcohol from the stripped washes.
Will it burn to the boiler?
