Im doing a kit English bitter, and it hasnt really been a vigorous ferment. Im on the 7th day, and it is staying at just below 1.01. Should i bottle it or wait?
If i wait im going to have a problem with the secondary ferment in the bottles. Thanks in advance for any advice!
