Maybe I got a little too bit comfortable

Little or nothing to do with distillation.

My friend, its time for you to make your new set of best friends...go to a salvage yard and tell them your trying to learn how to sculpt copper and ask what they have around for scrap. They will sell it to you by the pound. Bring cash ( checks have to be logged) and if they ask if your making a still, just say...whats a still?

3.50 a pound...gets you some nice scrap. ;)

I wish it was that easy for me. Been to 7 different scrappers and none will sell to to public. I even offered at a higher price than what they sell for. seems some folks dont like making money.

condensificator, Ive seen your work. Your more than welcome to send ME some parts. What about that shotgun liebig?
