Im here to learn a little bout distilling. Enough so i can make and enjoy my own tasty hooch.
I recently built a 3 gallon pot still. It has a few kinks that need to be worked out, especially a new condenser.
Im from Southeast US. Just a good ol boy from the south. My grandpaw once got arrested for shinin when he was 15 (i think) and hes the reason id like to start distilling.
Oh and other than corn whiskey, my favorite drink is Jack D

Sounds like yer off to a good start. I don't have anybody in my family with stillin in their blood, except my uncle's uncle's dad had a Duesenberg with tanks in the doors that he'd use to run hooch in from Canada during Prohibition. Lost the car when it broke thru the ice as he was scootin across a frozen lake. He went strait after that.
