eye test
Seen on dirty jobs when at distillry,making rum they showed mike how they test for heads in the spirit run by holding the glass up to your eye and if it burns or irritates your eye your not into the harts. have not read that any where yet so on a run I gave it a try and it seem to work not going to give up on smell/taste yet. Has any one here of this or is this practiced in the distilling industry
