You may be able to register on that site and ask the photographer that posted it if you can use it for personal use. I have a flickr account and have allowed quite a few people to use my photos for free including a couple of buisnesses and a magazine. The photographers screen name is "x-ray" in case you hadn't spotted it. Let us know how it goes, I wouldn't mind having that one too.
