I'm wondering for those that have tried cooked version vs. no-cook versions of say UJSM or Sweetfeed Whiskey is there significant differences in the end product? I know the answer I'll hear is try it for yourself, and I intend to, but wanted to hear from people that have already tried both ways. I'm assuming the flavor is very similar but do you gain maybe more mouth-feel with cooking a recipe or some other benefit?
