Hey guys, been reading up on everything to do with distilling. Made my first pot still and have my first mash mix going. Look forward to firing up the pot still and seeing what I come up with. Enjoy all the subjects to read and plan on being here for a long time. Already thinking of plans for a new more professional still later on and want to build my own. Means more to me to cook from my own invention.
