Hi Guys.
Been into homebrew for years, knew a guy that I worked with 35 years ago that used a pressure cooker to make his drinks, but the horror stories that he told about going blind scared the "bejesus" out of me.
Last year I was at the local homebrew shop talking to the owner and someone walked in and asked for turo yeast and all the trimmings, so sparked off a chat of what he was up to and he told me about the Air-Stills, and low & behold who was selling them??? yup the same shop I was standing in, so with all the fears of the past behind me, I went home with one that same morning.
So far I've done about 5 or 6 lots of wash, and enjoying every second of it. So I've joined up to see where we go & what else I can get up too.

Welcome!! Yeah, it's amazing how the blindness lore keeps people out of the hobby. If they could do that for heroin, we wouldn't be paying billions for the DEA....
