I've been harvesting Satin Leaf fruit off the ground the past week while hiking. I have about 3 lbs in 3 1/2 gallon bottles w/3 cups of water in each. Wild yeast going crazy in there.
Not sure what I'll do next but I know I'll need more fruit before I distill any.
