Simple question

Apologies for this fairly simple question, but after much research, I haven't been able to find an answer. I know there are many variables, but in general, assuming I don't run the still too hot, how much hearts can I expect from a 50L run of 11ABV wheat mash. I'm using a column, reflux still. Thanks in advance.
