Salvaging old booze
We recently ran across about eight gallons of booze made with apples, some with corn and who knows what else. It was the stash of an old timer that showed us the art many years ago. It's about 18-22 years old and still has a punch to it, though the taste isn't the greatest. We were thinking of re-running it and see what comes from it. What do you guys think? Good idea or a waste of time?
