Marrow Brandy

hello
i,m getting a very large Marrow thick skin

i,m cutting top off about 3 inches small hollow in centre
then starting to add brown sugar..this eats away fresh..
two small holes in base..
hang Marrow up in a net aloud to drain into bowl..

hope it turns into a brandy well i,ve been told it does...

anyone tried this ...
