First Peach Mash ????

Started peach mash 2 1/2 weeks ago Taters Recipe The airlock stopped bubbling thursday or friday The cap is now very thin [it was 4inches when it started & now is 1/2 in] I would like to run it friday / 4 more days. I plan to strain it and run it in my reflux column still in pot mode {No reflux} Slooooooooooow drip . My ? is should I use any copper mesh in my colum ? If so how much ? I plan to single run it / it is only like 6 gal. Thanks for the input ! This sight is awesome I follow it every day !!!!
