Hey guys,
started malting 10kg of barley this week, this is what it looks like after some days:
Shall I step over to kilning now or shall I let it germinate some more days?

looks like a few sprouts has started? then yes ready to dry..you want the sprout the length of grain. this will be with out the hall.if a few is poking their nose out its a good sign.
