Restarting Run a Week Later

I started a run on my Reflux still and I had to shut it down to to time constraints. I emptied the unused wash (roughly 2 of the 3 gallons were still in the boiler) into a container the following day to save it. The wash has been sitting in cold weather. A week has gone by, due to my work schedule. The question is, can I start the run up where i left off even though it is a week later? Is the wash still good/safe?
