Keg toss up

I am going to pick up my new keg in a day and I am tossed on the design to use.

I plann to only use the keg as a boiler, no fermenting at all in it. Would I be better of using the inverted bowl method or the "cheapo" keg tap method I read aboutin this thread? http://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtopi ... =2&t=10539

I already have the copper portion of my head built and am going to rework my cooling coil. All I plan to use this for, right now is whiskey.
