Hello
I've been reading for a few weeks and now have joined you,man what a ton of info,glad to be a long for a long ride,I'm getting ready for my 6th run of corn,run bout a pint over 80% ,it's getting better every run.
Love my country..Not happy with it's leaders.

Im from Beaufort, South Carolina and started with my still six months ago. I bought books and research what I could and made alot of mistakes. I only wish I would have found this site before a couple of days ago because I cant believe how much info this site has. The site is a 15 on a 1 to 10 scale. I found out more in a couple of days than I have in six months prior. I going to post some pictures of my still soon. I want to take some good pics. I use a reflux style still with a 15.5 gallon keg boiler using a propane burner for now. I have my still setup in the garage. I found out why my runs had a rough taste in less than a hour on this site. Wrong yeast.. Great site
