Mash Question UJSSM
I think this is getting easer... I have now done 3 perfect ferments and an now moving on to the next recipe, but I hit a snag. I am on day 3 of a UJSSM fermentation and opened my mash bucket and saw something wrong. The mash has turned to CHEYY BURNT ORANGE I am concerned that infection has set in but not shure, no smell, no slime, dosent tast bad, and the blob isnt trying to drown me. Followed instructions to the T. and now scratching my head. I thinkk its still safe, but I would like a profecionals opinion.. THANK YOU
