Hello,
I have been navigating this forum for a while now and finally got around to joining!
I have been brewing beer for about 5-rays and decided to change things up...and built a reflux still.
I have one run under my belt and it came out great! I am currently just working with sugar washes to get a feel for the process and soon will try for a true whiskey! This forum has already helped tremendously and I can't wait to make a bit of everything : )
