Here is an article on 3 new distilleries going in in Bellingham, I find it interesting that the smallest one is pictured and they are using kegs for their boilers.

Have you been to the ones in Woodenville Bushman? Been thinking about making a trip up that way.

I've toured Pacifique Distilleries, his Absinthe is considered one of the best made here in the US. He started out as an herb farmer then moved to making oils. He now has a large alembic still and he makes both absinthe and gin. Going to try to get up that way sometime, probably not till fall now, the fish are bitein and the BBQ is smokin.
