i have a delema.
I have 6 carboys filled with Sweet Feed Whisky wash. They have been clearing for two to three weeks. The three oldest ones have some mold or bacteria growing on the surface. Is this wash ruined or can it be saved? They all finished fermenting down to 0.990 from 1.060 in a week then they were racked into clean and sterilized carboys. I have never had this happen with wine but this is my first attempt at some whisky. it smelled wonderful when i racked it , i was temped to drink it like that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
