Bellingham, Washington to open 3 new distilleries

Post by Bushman »

Here is an article on 3 new distilleries going in in Bellingham, I find it interesting that the smallest one is pictured and they are using kegs for their boilers.

Have you been to the ones in Woodenville Bushman? Been thinking about making a trip up that way.
Sometimes I wonder why is that Frisbee getting bigger......and then it hits me.

I've toured Pacifique Distilleries, his Absinthe is considered one of the best made here in the US. He started out as an herb farmer then moved to making oils. He now has a large alembic still and he makes both absinthe and gin. Would love to volunteer some time with him as working with herbs would be something I am very interested in.

Drop me an email. We love to have good folks such as yourself at our bottling parties.
