Hi.
I'm just starting and am absorbing a heap of information. I prmarily want to ferment fruit mashes and then run them through my Alquitar, mainly Plums, Apples, Necterines. I also have access to many varieties of Citrus and am wondering what I can do with these as I'm picking up that Citrus is quite Acidic?
