Thought this might help others plan trips to their local farmer's markets. Not sure how this varies the farther you get from my ground zero (Willamette Valley, Oregon) but as I plan on using a bunch of this stuff I can plan ahead and maybe get my ferments and such timed better...and not miss the ones with really small windows. Not much ready now...hmmmm....asparagus shine anyone? :sick:
