Just got into the hobby .Kinda set up not sure.Cooken with 12qt stainless cooker 1" in down to 1/4" out.In 1" water jacket cooled copper [Expinsive] this is my start. Just about to run out of some good stuff I got from a guy hew got it from a guy, hew new a guy .about 9 years ago .I don 't get out like I did back then.I just want more before its gone .Me from TN

Welcome to HD no smoke, we seem to be fallin behind in our welcomes around here, summer time here in my neck of the woods, don't have much time to set at the computer this time of the year, you have found the best place to gain info for your hobby, enjoy.
