PC Plumber epoxy to seal still.

Post by PHHD »

I am wondering if it is safe to use PC Plumber in a still.

According to the website it is non-toxic once cured and is NSF rated for potable water. However, the reported heat range is up to 200 ℉ (93.33℃).

The epoxy would seal the base of my distilling column to the lid of my pot still.

Thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks.
