first crack at distilling and fermenting
Hi all, i'm having a go at distilling for the first time. So far my wash has been going for over ten hours and i have probably five litres of varying strenghths. I've kept old bottles so i can keep aneye on each one. From all the research ive done, (maybe not enough) it shouldn't be taking this long, and my results shoul'dn't be this varied. ive made a similar design to the bokabob, but didn't know how to wind a coil until now, so intead i made a stairway of cooler pipes. one bottle i have started clear, then went cloudy. the rest are clear. I can't afford the 700 dollars plus to buy a still, and i want to make bourbon. Can someone help steer me please
