Missouri Gin

Post by Bro-sephus »

Howdy folks, I'm trying out something new here, I got about a gallon and a half of mixed low wines from several runs I'm macerating in crushed juniper, fresh basil, and fresh sassafrass root for a day and running it tomorrow morning. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out.

Cheers,

Made about 3/4 a gallon of product, came out tasting great until I ran out of propane... twice... :wtf:

Anyhow, gonna grab another bottle of propane in the AM and try and see what else I can squeeze outa this run!
