Wondering... could you see what was happening on the bubble plates/caps? It seems like the Sight glass isn't as cool as i would want it to be if I couldn't actually see what was happening on the plate/caps.
8 gallon electric with 3 gallon Thumper from Mile Hi - 95% of distilling is logic. The other 5% is trying not to to catch shit on fire.

You can see it bubbling. I don't have one myself but saw one on YouTube bubbling away

I can see everything with the sight glass in place. All senses are in gear Durring a run now.
