where to buy oak aus

Hey guys does anyone know where to buy white oak in aus particulary in south aus. I have used french oak and other store bought chips and the are nice but having read a few posts here white oak sounds like a nicer finish and not to mention cheaper. Thanks in advance.

I've sourced a whole box (30cm x 20cm x 40cm) of new american oak off cuts from 'roll out the barrel' at Clontarf in Qld for $20 12 months ago. They may mail some too you if you ask nicely.
