Sold over 40 gallons of moonshine to undercover cops, had a .45 on him at the time of arrest and had a grenade at his house.
I like the fact that they stated the gun charge is the most serious charge and the moonshine charges were of a lesser degree. That's still four felonies in one shot, in California this would be a three strikes case and a chance at life in prision.
Selling = stupid!
And to think, if this guy never sold an ounce he probably could have spent his whole life distilling in peace and no one would have been the wiser...
