PTFE sheets for pot lid seal
After reading the thread about silicone VS PTFE I found this link on e-bay. The general consensus is that PTFE is the safest material to use. This sheet is big enough for my stock pot. Guess I'll use the silicone cookie sheet I bought for cookies or something.
