Cleaning packing after a run.

Putting older posts here. Going to try to keep the novice forum pruned about 90 days work. The 'good' old stuff is going to be put into appropriate forums.

Cleaning packing after a run.

HI i was wanting to no if it is common practice to clean the packing after each run?
At the end of each run i back flush the still with cold clean tap water is this good enough?
