Just stumbled upon this. It's a bit boring at times, but some of it is absolutely riveting. Lends quite a bit of information about the different whiskys of Scotland, and gives insight into the unique tastes across the nation. If you can sit through this without wanting to find some peated barley and do your own Scotch, you've got something wrong with you!
I'm sure it will be basic knowledge to some of you, but for those like me who know next nothing about Scotch, it will teach quite a bit.

Ah, too bad. It's a good documentary. Perhaps the length is what it a no go for the iPad, since it is almost an hour and a half long.

I've bookmarked for later watching.
we did a tour of Glenlivet distillary in the 90's and I haven't been able to stomach scotch since seeing someone puking into an open fermenter. it was brought up to distillery staff and quickly brushed aside. Although I'd like to assume that batch was disposed of. maybe a "special blend"
